Travis W. Brady

President and CEO

Travis is responsible for vision and executive direction. Travis is currently the President of BradyIFS, a national janitorial supply and foodservice company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Travis enjoys perfecting his chocolate ice cream recipe, skiing, exercising, and spending time outdoors with his family and friends.

Alison B. Gerard

Chief of Staff

Alison is responsible for strategy, performance tracking, and special projects. Prior to joining Brady Capital, Alison was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where she advised clients on operational, organizational, and strategic initiatives. Alison received her B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Alison is a Las Vegas native who loves the outdoors, spending time with her family, and all things Mexico.

David R. Gerard

Vice President

David is responsible for day-to-day operations, including investment sourcing, diligence, and execution. Prior to joining Brady Capital, David practiced law with a focus on the formation and operation of private investment funds. David received a B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. David grew up in Northern Virginia but enjoys his new home in the west where he likes to snowboard, fish, and golf.
